How We Charge
We know experiencing a family law matter can be hard, thus we will ensure you are fully informed about your potential legal costs.
Initial Consultation
We offer a fixed fee initial consultation, which is $330 (+ GST). This can be scheduled either in person, via the phone or online. During this consultation we will discuss with you your options, and next steps, as well discussing with you your future estimated legal costs.
After your consultation, we are required to provide to you in writing a costs agreement, with our estimate of your future legal costs.
Fixed Fees
We charge a fixed fee for certain matters, including the preparation and finalisation of Consent Orders, the preparation and finalisation of Binding Financial Agreements and discrete Applications for Divorce.
Deferred Payments
In some cases, we can offer deferred payment options and payment plans.
We are also accredited with Plenti Legal Finance, who provide fairer family law legal finance, in the event we are unable to offer deferred payment options.
